"Selection used to be better"
I’ve shopped Roaman’s before it used to feel like there were better options. Lately it seems like I keep seeing the same tops and dresses over and over, just in different colors, and a lot of the styles feel kind of dated to me.
I was hoping to find more casual pieces that felt a little more current, but there really wasn’t much that stood out. For a plus size site, I expected more variety and better choices than what they have right now.

"Billing was kind of a hassle"
The payment part got a little messy at first, uh, which was annoying. It did get sorted out later though, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

"Still waiting on my refund!!"
I’ve been waiting way too long for my refund, and every time I reached out to support, it just felt like I got another excuse!! Really frustrating experience.

"Not sure these tops are worth it"
I ordered a couple of tops and they seemed fine when they arrived, I guess. But after just one wash, the fabric started looking really thin and a few seams were already coming loose. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price, I expected them to hold up better. Disappointed overall.

Yeah... my order took a really long time to arrive. I kept checking for updates, it felt like it was just taking forever to show up

"Hard to get any clear help"
I reached out to Roaman's twice by email about an issue with my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I also tried calling, but the wait was really long, and once I finally got to the menu, the call disconnected. It felt like no one was actually keeping up with customer messages.
I understand delays can happen, but I expected clearer instructions or at least a quick reply letting me know what to do next. I ended up guessing my way through the return process, which was frustrating. Giving one star because the customer service response was just really poor.

"Frustrating website and confusing checkout"
Ordering from roamans.com was a frustrating experience. The website was slow, and a few pages froze while I was trying to check sizing and make changes to my cart, which made the whole process take way longer than it should have.
The checkout part was just as confusing. My discount didn’t show correctly at first, and then the total changed again before I placed the order. That really didn’t leave me feeling confident about what I was being charged.
After I ordered, the confirmation email took a long time to come through, and finding the tracking info wasn’t easy either. The whole thing felt messy from start to finish, i’d expect at least an apology for how inconvenient it was. I don’t think I’ll be using this site again.

"Decent deals, but I wait for sales"
I’ve ordered from roamans a few times, and uh, I’d say the prices are okay when there’s a good sale going on. Paying full price doesn’t always feel worth it to me, especially since the quality can be a little hit or miss. I still shop there here and there, but usually only when something’s marked down.

"Delivery was late, but whatever"
At first I was annoyed because the delivery showed up later than expected. I kept checking the time like, really? But once it finally got here, it was fine. Not a huge deal, just wish it had been on time.

"I ordered a dress that didn’t..."
I ordered a dress that didn’t fit, and trying to return it has been such a hassle. The exchange instructions were confusing, and every time I contacted customer service, they basically sent me the same canned reply. I’m still waiting on my refund, and I feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. Definitely not ordering from here again.
